The Problem

People today are dealing with more physical and mental health issues than ever before
- ✓ Postural issues
- ✓ Depression and anxiety
- ✓ Chronic fatigue and low energy
- ✓ ADHD, OCD, etc.
- ✓ Obesity

The usual ways of fighting these problems are falling far short
- ✓ Pharmaceuticals
- ✓ Diet / healthy eating
- ✓ Exercise
- ✓ Medical procedures

We at Reviv believe there may be a structural root cause
- ✓ There is essentially a set of physics that holds the body up, and the teeth play a key role in it
- ✓ Because of these physics, the skull can essentially collapse inward as the teeth change
- ✓ The health of the skull shows in the quality of the curve of spee (how the upper and lower teeth meet)
- ✓ Orthodontics, extractions and grinding all flatten this curve of spee
We believe the skull can be inflated like a ball
- ✓ Deflating is what we believe drives aging and asymmetry, and sits at the root of most disease
- ✓ Inflating reverses all of that and can be achieved with the help of a mouthguard
- ✓ As the skull 'inflates', the curve of spee improves
The R3 works all night. The RD1 keeps it going all day.
Alignment comes from steady, gentle pressure on the jaw. The R3 provides it overnight, but your waking hours do nothing. The RD1 fills those hours with a slim daytime guard, so the pressure never fully lets up.
Progress that stalls by day
- Pressure only while you sleep
- Waking hours add nothing
- Results take longer to show
Around-the-clock support
- Daytime hours added on top of every night
- Gentle, steady pressure the jaw keeps feeling
- Consistency is what drives the result
The R3 covers the night. The RD1 covers the day. Together they keep the jaw working around the clock.
A few hours a day is all it takes
The RD1 RevivDay is a slim daytime guard. Wear it for a couple of hours while you work or relax at home: no boiling, no molding, ready straight from the case.

Wear, remove, repeat
- Put it in for a couple of hours during the day
- Build up gradually as the jaw adjusts
- Ready straight from the case, no boiling or molding
Slim, discreet, simple
- Low profile for wearing around the house
- Premium soft silicone, food-grade tested
- Same sizing as your R3

The Solution

A simple mouthguard tackles this structural collapse at its root cause
- ✓ The mouthguard works like a doorstop that keeps the jaw from closing
- ✓ This stretches the soft tissue in the mouth and over the skull
- ✓ As the soft tissue stretches, the skull inflates and the skeleton untwists

The teeth correct as the skull corrects
- ✓ The cranial bones move outward into better symmetry and the jaw moves to where it should be
- ✓ The teeth are connected to the bones and jaw, so they 'go along for the ride' and straighten as a result
- ✓ The body works better and becomes stronger and more flexible as a result
- ✓ The RD1 daytime guard adds waking-hour support on top of every night, so the jaw keeps getting gentle pressure around the clock
Reviv makes three big hypotheses about the future of biomechanics

Is disease a result of biomechanical collapse?

If we don't collapse, maybe we don't die?

Can we look like a model if we take this all the way?
What should I expect from doing Reviv?
- Likely some early discomfort in the teeth and gums
- It may take a few nights to get used to sleeping with it
- The mouthguard is starting to feel more comfortable
- You may notice some changes in how your teeth fit together
- Many users find their jaw feels less tense in the morning
- You may notice you wake up without that tight, clenched feeling
- You will likely function better (focus, handling complexity, etc)
- There's a good chance you have more energy and stamina than you've had in years
- You will probably look better than you have in years
- The mouthguard alone has plateaued, but you're doing the 'fast method' stretches we recommend
- Things keep improving, both functionally and aesthetically
- It seems almost hard to get sick, and you seem naturally in a good mood most of the time
- You're playing for the 'end'
- Does this process really go as far as this crazy guy, Ken, thinks it does?
Three steps. All of them easy.

Take it out of the box and wash it

Wear it to sleep and 2-3 hours during the day

Wash it and let it dry

Why pair the R3 with the RD1?›
Alignment comes from steady, gentle pressure on the jaw. The R3 provides it while you sleep, and the RD1 RevivDay adds a few hours of daytime wear on top, so the jaw keeps getting support during your waking hours too. The R3 covers the night, the RD1 covers the day. That is why we bundle them, for less than buying each one alone.
How should I start Reviv? Is there anything to be aware of?›
On wearing it: the usual pattern is overnight plus 2-3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter daytime sessions first instead of going straight to full nights, which helps the soft tissue adjust. Most people find the early phase is the hardest part, and it gets much easier after a few weeks.
On early discomfort: this is very common in the first few weeks. Sore teeth, achy gums, the occasional small sore in the mouth, lips that do not fully close and extra saliva are all signs the soft tissue is stretching, not signs that something is wrong. Go at your own pace, and if the soreness turns sharp, take a short break: a few hours or even a day or two off is fine. Stick with it, but do not push through pain.
On speeding up results: consistent use matters most, then stretching to accelerate. We recommend simple daily stretches like the Bite & Hold exercise, which works alongside the mouthguard.
On mouth taping: many people tape at night to keep the mouth closed and help keep the guard in place while the tissue is still adjusting. It pairs well with Reviv.
Why does this work?›
Picture the soft tissue (fascia and skin) that covers the bones of the skull as a balloon. When you grind your teeth down, it is like letting air out of that balloon.
When the balloon deflates, it squeezes the skull, which in turn squeezes the brain and leads to cognitive and neurological issues over time.
As a society we tend to call this process 'aging'. But if you grind your teeth down faster, you 'age' faster. The good news: you can reverse the process by using the same physics the other way around, 'adding' height back to the teeth.
How many people have done this process?›
More than 30,000 people have started using Reviv appliances and this method.
How does sizing work?›
Width is the most important measurement. We recommend measuring across the outer edges of your upper molars at their widest point, as shown in our size guide.
Medium (46mm) fits teens and smaller mouths, Large (53.6mm) fits most adults, and XL (59.6mm) is for adults with larger mouths. The size chart in the gallery shows the exact dimensions.
What is the RD1 (RevivDay)?›
A slim daytime mouthguard. You wear it for a couple of hours during the day, when wearing the R3 is not practical, so the jaw keeps getting gentle pressure during your waking hours. Premium soft silicone, ready straight from the case with no boiling or molding, and it uses the same sizing as your R3.
What is the appliance made out of?›
Premium soft silicone.
What's included with my order?›
Your bundle includes the Reviv R3 mouthguard (in the size and colour you choose, with its storage case and instructions) plus the RD1 RevivDay daytime mouthguard, together at a lower combined price.
Do you ship internationally?›
Yes, Reviv ships to 30+ countries, and shipping is free.
