I’ve been waiting for this!!
I wanted an adult product like this as soon as I saw them being sold for kids! Orthodontics really damaged my teeth and gums, and I still have crowding after years of braces and spending thousands on retainers. I’ve only been wearing this 6–8 hours at night, but I’m already noticing my teeth straightening and I’m sleeping much more deeply, especially when I use mouth tape, since my mouth doesn’t fully close with the Reviv in.

Fantastic mouthguard
Really felt the difference over the past months. I sleep better and my facial structure started to align pretty quickly. Some funny effects as well is that I’m not anxious anymore, more social and not a people pleaser anymore! I switch between the R1 and R2. The R1 is more comfortable during the daytime, while for sleep I prefer the R2.

I’m only 2 months in
I’m only 2 months in, but so far so good. The first few nights were really awkward because my mouth kept filling with saliva while I had food in my mouth, but then over time that settled and I’m beginning to be able to wear it most of the way through the night. My jaw feels less tense and my teeth seem to be changing. Keen to see our results over the next 12 months!

HOW REVIV WORKS
We believe there are some biomechanics to how the skeleton and skull work, which result in it collapsing over time.
Particularly if you did orthodontics, extractions, or grind your teeth our experience is that this could result in the skull sort of 'deflating'.

How should I start Reviv? Is there anything to be aware of?
Yes there are a few things to know going in.
On wearing it: The standard pattern is overnight + 2-3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter intervals during the day first rather than going straight to overnights — that helps the soft tissue adjust. Most folks find the early phase is the hardest part and it gets significantly easier after a few weeks usually.
On early discomfort: Pretty common in the first few weeks. Sore teeth, achy gums, occasional small sores in the mouth, the lips not closing fully, extra saliva — all signs the soft tissue is stretching, not signs something is wrong. Take it at your own pace. If the soreness gets sharp, take a short break — a few hours or even a day or two off is fine. Stick with it but don't push through pain.
On accelerating results: What matters most is consistent use and then stretching to accelerate. On mouth taping: A lot of folks tape at night to keep the mouth closed and help with guard retention while the tissue is still adjusting. Pairs well with the Reviv.

Why does this work?
Think of the soft tissue (e.g., fascia & skin) covering the bones of the skull as a balloon. When you grind your teeth down, it is as if you're taking air out of the balloon.
When this balloon deflates, it crushes the skull, which in turn crushes the brain and causes cognitive and neurological issues over time.
In general, we as a society like to call this process 'aging.' But if you grind down your teeth faster, you 'age' faster. The good part is you can reverse the process by using the same physics in reverse, i.e., you 'add' height back to the teeth.
